Your LGBTQIA+ Safer Spaces in Munich

At Urban Sports Club, we firmly believe that sport and movement can bring people together and promote diversity – when everyone feels welcome, respected, and free to be themselves while training.

For LGBTQIA+ (lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans, queer, intersex, asexual, aromantic, non-binary and agender) people, sports and wellness spaces can come with different experiences. With this guide, we want to highlight studios and sports facilities that are actively working towards creating more inclusive spaces and helping more people feel comfortable and welcome in sports and wellness environments.

Here you will find both partners who have actively shared their initiatives with us, as well as studios that offer specific LGBTQIA+ or inclusive classes in their schedules. The listed classes are examples and may change over time. We recommend checking the current schedule before your visit.

Also discover our Safer Spaces Guides for the FLINTA* community, the LGBTQIA+ community in Hamburg, Berlin, Cologne and across Germany, as well as our guides for BIPoC, people with physical or mental disabilities, and neurodivergent people.
