To make this possible, we need spaces that take different needs into account and where people feel welcome regardless of their personal challenges. Some studios create these environments through dedicated offerings focused on mental health, neurodivergence, or psychosomatic wellbeing. Others foster inclusion through clear communication, flexible training options, sensory-friendly environments, or a particularly supportive community culture.
This list is based on information shared by our partners and is not intended to be exhaustive. Everyone’s needs and experiences are different. If you have specific questions about accessibility or available support, we recommend contacting the studio directly before your visit.
