How You Worked Out in 2024

First off, we’re amazed by how active you were in 2024! On average, you checked in 5 times a month – one visit more than the year before! Fitness held its spot as the most popular category, with 42% of all bookings. Yoga came in second at 13%, while Indoor Cycling made its debut in third place with 7%. Bouldering and swimming followed, each with 6%. Another exciting highlight: you’re more adventurous than ever! According to our member survey from November 2024, 79% of you tried a new sport in 2024a 10% increase from the previous year.

3. Boxing Fitness – Strength, Stamina, and Mental Toughness

Boxing Fitness combines dynamic punching moves with intense cardio and strength exercises. It’s a full-body workout that also pushes your mental limits. According to our November survey, here’s what motivated you most last year:

61% feel healthier, more active, and fitter
56% reduced sitting time and increased movement
41% improved their stress management
28% achieved a better work-life balance
25% experienced positive effects on their mental health
19% enjoyed better sleep
13% felt more productive, creative, and motivated

Company fitness programs played a big role, too: 44% of members discovered Urban Sports Club through workplace benefits. And the impact is clear: 41% said regular exercise improved their stress management, and nearly 38% reported fewer sick days in 2024.
