Urban Sports Club Raffle Terms and Conditions – October 2025

Responsible for this raffle is Urban Sports GmbH, Voltairestr. 10, 10179 Berlin, Germany (“Urban Sports” or “we”).

The closing date for entries is October 31, 2025 at 23:59 CET.

Eligibility: Open to all persons aged 18 and over residing in countries where Urban Sports Club operates.

Prize: We are giving away 15 Urban Sports Club Hoodies (aloe green) available in our shop.

Participation: Enter the raffle by completing our annual member survey. Participation is free of charge.

Winner Selection: Winners will be randomly selected from eligible participants and will receive a voucher via email once the raffle has closed. The voucher entitles winners to a free hoodie, redeemable at shop.urbansportsclub.com following the instructions provided. Please note, the voucher is valid until January 31, 2026, and will expire after this date without the option for credits or refunds.

Legal Terms: No recourse to legal action is permitted.

Data Protection: Personal data collected for the raffle will only be used to administer the raffle and, if necessary, to send prizes. Data will be stored solely for the duration of the raffle and deleted thereafter. The legal basis for processing is Art. 6 (I) (b) GDPR.

Participants have the following rights: (1) to request information on any personal data we have stored about them, (2) to amend, correct, block, or delete this data, and (3) to object to the processing of their data. Please note that data deletion before the end of the raffle will result in exclusion from the competition.
