Urban Sports Club Raffle Terms and Conditions – Say Yes. To Wellbeing. 2026
Responsible for this raffle is Urban Sports GmbH, Voltairestr. 10, 10179 Berlin, Germany (“Urban Sports” or “we”).
Participation period: The raffle starts on 30th of January and ends on April 30th, 2026 at 23:59 CET.
Eligibility: Open to all persons aged 18 and over, residing in countries where Urban Sports Club operates.
Participation: To enter the raffle, participants must, during the entire participation period and until the winners are announced:
- Have a public Instagram profile
- Publish a Reel or a carousel post on Instagram answering: “How do you Say Yes. To Wellbeing. in your everyday life?”
- Tag the local Urban Sports Club account: @urbansportsclub / @urbansportsclubpt / @urbansportsclub_es / @urbansportsclubfr / @urbansportsclub_nl
- Include the hashtag #SayYesToWellbeing in the caption
Only Reels or carousel posts will be considered valid. Participants may enter multiple times, provided each entry features different content.
Prize: Five (5) winners will each receive 1 month of the Urban Sports Club Premium subscription.
Winner Selection: Winners will be randomly selected and announced on April 30th, 2026 via Instagram Stories on the respective Urban Sports Club account. Winners will be tagged and asked to contact Urban Sports Club via direct message.
The prize will be provided via voucher, redeemable by new and active members, and can be activated until May 31st, 2026.
Legal Terms: No recourse to legal action is permitted.
Data Protection: Only personal data made publicly available on Instagram (such as the user handle) will be processed, exclusively for administering the raffle, selecting winners, and contacting them.
Data will be stored only for the duration necessary to conduct the raffle and deleted thereafter.
The legal basis for processing is Art. 6 (I) (b) GDPR.
Participants have the right to:
- Request information about their personal data,
- Amend, block, or delete this data,
- Object to the processing of their data.
Deletion of data before the end of the raffle will result in exclusion.
