1. Aerial Yoga

Ever dreamt of flying through the air, weightless and free? Well, dream no longer, because aerial yoga is one of our most innovative activities and there’s a studio in most German cities! The benefits of aerial yoga are numerous – the silks help you deepen your stretch and release pressure points and compression, while the unusual movements increase body awareness and improve balance. More than anything, though, aerial yoga is an exhilarating workout – and there’s no better feeling than lying cocooned in the air during Savasana, the final resting pose, knowing you’ve really pushed your boundaries. 2. Vibration training

Vibration training is one of the most effective and efficient classes in our offer. In as little as 15 minutes you can train deep-tissue muscles that are almost impossible to reach with regular weight-training. Other benefits include increased flexibility and coordination, strengthened and toned muscles and a boosted immune system and blood flow. 3. Free Fight

Free Fighting is quickly becoming a popular activity, probably because it combines discipline, fitness and self-defense. Train at one of our many martial arts partners and learn all about the art of the Free Fight at studios such as Fenriz Gym, Urban Combat Frankfurt or Munich Fight Club. Learn how to combat your own ego in order to defeat your opponent and enjoy increased cardiovascular fitness, leaner muscles and bullet-proof confidence. 

4. Qi Gong and Tai Chi

On the other end of the spectrum, Qi Gong and Tai Chi are becoming a go-to activity for anyone who needs to center and calm themselves in the midst of a busy lifestyle. Qi Gong and Tai Chi are both martial arts, however they focus on breath work and flowing sequences to balance and restore the body and mind, grounded in the art of meditation.
